Ownership, contracts, risk allocation and the capital structure are put in writing before any counterparty is introduced.
Investors and project owners are brought together under a non-disclosure agreement, after the case has been verified. Capital is structured as equity, debt, mezzanine or joint-venture positions, matched to the project rather than to a fixed product.
