- 02 Due Diligence — we verify the company and its authorised signatories.
- 03 Confidentiality Agreement — signed before confidential documents are released.
- 04 Data Room — access is granted on a project-by-project basis, rather than as blanket access.
What We Do Not Do
We do not make public offers of securities, quote investment returns or present projects before due diligence has been completed.
