Investment and Project Development

Assessment, structuring, and financing of projects — from the initial idea to a bankable venture.

Sector mandate

Where the sector enters our working model.

Technical feasibility, commercial structure, counterparty quality, and a defined path to implementation are assessed before any commitment is made.

What this sector stands for

This sector underpins every mandate within the group: an opportunity is defined in commercial terms, assessed for technical, legal, and financial viability, and only then structured into a bankable project.

Ownership arrangements, contracts, risk allocation, and capital structure are set down in writing before a counterparty is introduced.

How we work

Investors and project sponsors are brought together under a non-disclosure agreement once the venture has been vetted. The capital is structured—whether as equity, debt, mezzanine financing, or a joint venture—to suit the specific project, rather than being tied to a rigid, pre-defined product.
